Suddenly only 8 slots?

I was fooling around with character building, i had 9 characters and wasnt happy with one of them, i deleted it and i cant create a replacement, i only have 8 characters with a greyed out create button?

Anyone ever experienced this and if they did how did you fix it?

Log out, reboot your computer and log back in, worked that way for me.

The other "easy" way to fix this, is to login to the game with a 1750+ Favor character, Go to the Harbor, and talk to Nyx again. Then logout, and the Create button should be available again.

Yup.

My suspicion is that it only happens to "non-native" players - if you were merged in, then you may have to talk to Nyx on your new home server to reset the flag.
