    Default So How Do I contact Turbine?

    Today at 1:30 PM Eastern
    Web-Chat - Office Closed (Been closed for two weeks)
    Telephone - Office Closed (According to the Telephone Interalia you are currently closed for the past two weeks)
    E-Mail - Sent 4 Messages no response.


    Contacted Technical Support Web-Chat and Sam attempted to transfer me over to billing but after 30 minutes the Web-Chat Timed Out.

    So How do I contact Billing?

    All contact options for Account Management are listed HERE.

    I believe some of the contact options were not available this morning due to a meeting, but all of those options (chat, telephone, and email) are currently open and ready to assist everyone.

    I'm not sure where you received the message about being closed for 2 weeks, but will look in to that.
