Do you need a base dex+tomes of 17 for GTWF? Or can enhancements get you to the 17 and still let you qualify? I know, stupid noob question, but hey, we all gotta learn!

You have to have a base of 17. So starting plus whatever lvl ups and tomes you use.

Just to clarify, it's not just Base on the character sheet mouseover. You need 17 total for Base (which includes starting creation score + levelups) and Inherent (tomes).

Unless you go Ranger, which get the feats free regardless of requirements.
