As I said this is not an auction. make an offer. I'll say yes or no. I haven't said yes to anyone yet. I'm not starting a bidding war, when someone offers what it's really worth I'll accept. Just come up with the most you would pay for it, if it's enough then it's yours, if not then.....

Why would I post a figure if someone is willing to offer more . That's why I said make an offer, if it is worth 2.5 million plat to someone but I would take 2 . Why wouldn't I let them offer the extra and make a little more. It's just proper economics. I guess I could ask you Shade, why do you care what is going on in my post when it has nothing to do with you. make an offer or move on.
There have been none sold on auction or posted for sale so there is no value for me to base it on. I'm letting the people who want it value it, I think that's fair enough.
