ML14 stuff. super rare, so it'll only appear in litany or abbot on elite (other ML14 quests on +1 loot). price is high, demand too....

Saw one drop from the black abbots chest on normal a while ago.

(Warded chests non-raid loot doesn't scale, always maximum level)
