    Default High level quests?

So with Mod 5 we were supposed to get "11 new high level quests". Now considering a large portion of the player base has multiple toons capped at lvl 14 I have to wonder what turbine considers "high level" content. To me "high level content" consists of quests that, on normal, range in level from 1 level below capped toons to 1 level above them. So on an Elite setting a "high level quest" should range from 1 level to 3 levels above a toon. Everytime you increase the levels you change the scale by default. yet you still seem to think that a level 11 quest is "high level".

For level 14 toons low level is anything from level 1-8... maby 1-9. mid level now ranges from 9-11 MABY 9-12. Why do I think this way? Quests so far below us are trivial and yield substandard loot compaired to level appropriate items. So really, in Mod 5, we got 6 new high level quests not 11. Vol, Fleshmakers, Inferno, Ghosts, Pre-Raid, and the Raid. For those not pushing to raid right away they only got the first 4 quests. I am truely sorry guys but that just doesn't cut it.

I am hoping that with these new Devs you are hiring and no longer putting out updates between Mods you will be DRAMATICALLY increasing the amount of content you put out in these Mods.

For me, there are three tiers: low, middle and high.

As the level cap increases what falls into each of those is going to change. I generally consider them to be about equal.

When the game launched it was:

    Low - 1st through 3rd
    Middle - 4th through 7th
    High - 8th through 10th

    Right now you're looking at:

    Low - 1st through 4th
    Middle - 5th through 9th
    High - 10th through 14th (or higher)

When the cap goes up again it'll probably be more like

    Low - 1st through 5th
    Middle - 6th through 11th
    High - 12th through 16th (or higher)

How often do you run a level 10 quest on a level 14 toon? Raids don't count and favor is not running a quest for loot or fun. So doing it for favor doesn't count. How many actual quests do you run over and over that are lvl 10? Or even lvl 11.

I don't consider my level 14 characters to be my only "high level" characters.

If the quest is not level 13 - 15 base at the current level we are. The loot table is not worth my time, though to me if it is not level 13 - 14 elite, not worth my time. High level quest at this time are ONLY 13- 15. Why run a quest for loot that is level 11-12 base when there are higher level quest out there? Waste of time to me. Like earlier today I had someone send me a tell asking if I wanted to do raiyum on elite for loot. All I could do is laugh.

I agree with the OP here, Mod 5 is severely lacking on content for capped chars to do that is worth the effort. At least to elitist pricks like myself, yes there are many of us as well. I've already gave up on the necropolis, packed my bags, and moved camp back to the tor. Hopefully turbine has learned from this horrible presentation of a mod and will produce a supioror mod 6 come march or better by my estimation.

They said "11 high level quests"

They did NOT say "11 loot run quests"

Theres a difference. Loot runs will always be the highest level quest (is anyone running the lvl 13 quests for loot right now? WHy would they since the orchard lvl 14s have better stuff and are just as quick.)

    As for MT:
Low is more like 1-6, mid is 7-9, high is 10-14. Why? lowbie groups are plentiful for lvl 1-6. lvl 10s can still get half exp with lvl 14s. And lvl 7-9 is the harsh zone of slow leveling
