I"m not sure if I want to trade it or spec a toon to use it, but I thought I'd toss it out there and see how much interest there is in a trade for it. It's no RR and I forget the lvl requirement. Like 8, 10, maybe 12..probably 10. I'll post again once I've been on the toon who has it in their bank.
