Well. I tried to report a bug in-game today. And I found a rather annoying bug. The form wouldn't accept my report because "You must specify a category for the bug." Well, I looked through the form, and every single blank was filled in. Furthermore, there was absolutely no place to "Specify a category."
Just thought I'd let you all know.

Yep, I hit this yesterday as well. It was a real bummer since I spent about 20 minutes giving every detail on the problem I could. I sent a message to a GM about it but didn't get a reply. I suppose that isn't really their area though, anyway.

I was rather annoyed when I discovered this over the weekend too. Not only as I trying to file a bug from home (yes, I write bugs even when playing for fun) but QA really relies on those in-game reports to collect information on problems players are encountering.
I managed to find the right people to fix this shortly after I got in this morning. Let me know if there are any more problems with it.

I reported a bug form the forum bug reporter this weekend without a problem... but the email I got back from Turbine said I'd reported a bug on LOTRO....
