I have been haveing a issue and to be honest i do not know how long its been going on, All i know it that since the mod 5 update everyone talkes about how great the graphics are.
i am luck to get 25 or 30 fps
often i am getting 8 to 16 fps in areas like the harbor or market.
i have updated my cpu, over clocked it, up dated drivers, and incresed my psu from 300 to 500.
what am i still doing wrong???
    any help will be nice!

Depending on your game settings 25-30fps sounds about right, so does 15-20 around a lot of people... the 6200's are not a performance card. Overclocking your cpu wont really help that. You can try adjusting the settings in the "troubleshooting" tab down to see if that helps you get better performance.

you might want to upgrade your graphic card. I believe your motherboard, MS-7125, uses a pci-E which is good.

We have the same processor MD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+, memory 2gig, but I have a geforce 8800GTS OC

    I get FPS about average

    70-90
    Max 150+

Also make sure you dont have "Sync to refresh" checked in the option in the game.

Make sure stuff like antialiasing is off and set the quality to a lower setting, this will have a big impact on FPS.
