DSL Speed opinion needed etc...

I just moved and need to get DSL at my new place. I have the following two options:

A) 768 Kbps (Down) / 128 Kbps (up) Cost = CHEAP

or

B) 3.0 Mbps (Down) / 768 Kbps (up) Cost = Not as cheap

I know faster is always better but I was wondering if I would have any issues with option A as far as playing DDO if the PC running DDO was the only one utilizing the connection?

While I'm at it, here's the system I just bought and plan on playing DDO on:

Cel D 3.46
1.5 Gig Ram
GeForce 7200 GS 256 MB vid mem
Running Vista

I was wondering of I should expect to play with high res. setting without any issues? I know I should ditch vista (not an option right now) and increase the ram to 2 Gig (will do in the near future) to get better performance but I'm curious how things will run as is.

But my main concern right now is making sure I pick the right DSL plan the first time without paying more then I have to. Waiting a few seconds longer to complete the occasional large download isn't a big deal to me. But finally getting to play DDO the way it was meant to be is.

I'm new to the game, but am playing DDO on a much slower dsl connection - called DSL Light.

You should be ok with either choice.
