Sir Rohene Stiedra won't talk at all?

he's the guy I previously turned in my sigil to, I've done the Abbot Raid, I have not abandoned it, I waited my 3 days (actually a week now), yet Sir Rohne Stiedra refuses to engage in ANY conversation with me. I see the speech bubble by him with mouse...I know how to talk to NPCs (been here since founders...) Your internet explorer security settings need to be on "default" for it to work (firefox settings are irrelevant), that should clear up the inability to submit help tickets.

OK, I opened internet explorer and put security to default...Still no change to opening ticket/help screen....

still want to get help on this. He still won't talk and I refuse to abandon as that would mean having to get a full sigil again since that is chapter 1....

Something on your system is causing the conflict, try doing a clean boot, playing and opening the help window, it is a Internet Explorer window so it must be installed and working correctly (make sure you can access our support.turbine.com with IE as well.

1. Click on start then go to "run"
2. Type in msconfig and hit enter
3. Go to the start up tab
4. Disable all the tasks in that window (except systray if it is present, under xp though, it should not)
5. Restart and try playing the game and submitting a ticket.

You're taken care of as of today's update!!!

If you abandon the Necropolis raid quest instead of letting the NPC reset it, he will now respond accordingly and rebestow if you are eligible.

When you open the help window, do you just see a blank white screen?

Do you have content advisor enabled? (Control Panel - Internet Options - Content Tab)

the sir rohene matter is corrected as of today's patch. the blank help screen is still not working. I do have a white screen. I turned off enable, but help screen still white

Try opening the Help Panel while in windowed mode (ALT + Enter to switch to Windowed Mode).
