Bank - is it safe?

Many people have put some items in bank and to found them missing later. What does gm tell them? Very simple: "Sorry there is nothing we can do to help you." One sentence to resolve the help request. Have they done the job to assist the players? No they havent. Is there really nothing they can do? I do not think so. Where is better customer services where gm takes issues seriously and helps players out when there is bug or system error? We all know missing items in the bank is a known issue, when will you the devs fix the problem? Not like you never heard of it, I'm sure some people took their time to send bug report of some sort to let you know about it.

As of October 14, 2006 I found items missing in my main character's bank spaces. 4000+ desert tokens, 3 +1tomes, and may have some weapon/gears missing also.
