    Default New low-level adventure zones?

Any hint on whether or not some more lvl 1-4 adventure zones are in the works? Or even more 2-7s?

    List of possible converts:

    Kobold Island (Harbour)
Steam Tunnels (hey they did it to WW) (Marketplace)
    Three Barrel Cove (House D)
Outside area to Faithfully Departed (House P)
    Ruins of Threnal (House P)
    Black Anvile Forest
    Restless Isles

My main (rerolled) is currently stalled at lvl 4 for fear of outleveling new lowbie adventure zones, it would help me tremendously to know if there are any more planned or in the works.

And is there any plan to allow higher level characters to be able to get these completed just for the sake of completion?

And YES this is obsessive compulsive of me. Completing everything on at least one character is quite fun for me. Not being able to is quite annoying.
Yes I posted something similar (without response) a few months back.
YES I know most people don't care, though I know theres a small group out there who care about this as much as I do.

There that should take care of most of the trolls. Cue the trolls in 3....

Oh and if anyone can think of other areas that might be upgraded (Especially the lvl 1-4, or even 2-7 areas), be sure to post them.

I'd rather see more low level quests or a low level raid. But any new low level content would be nice.

a low lvl raid would be very fun.

koblad island does actually serve a purpose atm. it is a "training" ground for new folks. somewhere to go over and just explore. i know i found it quite challenging and fun when i first went there as a noobie (a long time ago now, hehe)

I agree. At least a couple more lowbie exploration areas, and a lowbie raid would be pretty nice. Introduce new players to the raiding concept early - might help hook em.

I would also like to see Threnal completely revamped into an exploration area, with the caves having meaning again, and the Threnal quest series being fixed (ie, remove all the stuff they put in back when people were farming it - believe me, they're not farming it anymore).

I think there should be raids for all level ranges, and no - I don't mean warded chest raids - I'm talking Tempest style. Speaking of Tempest, make those blackguards mean again, and challenge us, would ya? I've been doing Tempest lately on my lowbies around level 6.. that's just silly.

Unfortunately it seems that easy quest+super tough boss is the way things are headed.

Threnal as an explorer zone would make a lot of sense. And the threnal blade mini-quest is already sort of like one of the named encounters in the orchard, so nothing would have to change there.

Personally I think there are enough lowbie explorer zones already as you can get to lvl 4 just with the two in the game now, but since kobold island exists anyway, they may as well make it a true explorer zone. Since it is so close to the newbie inn, there could even be an NPC in the tavern that points you there so that the hints that pop up would show new players what the zones are all about.

I request an upgrade to Canada, I hear it's sorely needed.

Ok other than a low level raid they need to stop adding low level content. There is plenty there to get someone to level 5 without leaving the harbor and without repeating any quest other than on normal hard and elite. The only reason for new low level content is so people who are leveling their 20th character dont get bored. Seriously there is plenty of stuff there to keep the new players more than happy (other than the raid, which would be cool to see). WE DONT NEED MORE LOW LEVEL STUFF SO PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO REPEAT STUFF WHEN LEVELING AN ALT.

I would definitely like to see some more low level quests first. Though I do expect around the times we get our first new class we will likely get some new low level content with lore wrapped around them.

I am all for a low level raid, that could be a lot of fun.

More adventure zones I am also for, though I would like to see more low level quests added first. I get so burned out on low level quests because I have done them so many times on so many different characters. I'm running a new character right now and it get boring sometimes with how often I have run the harbor.

Er, why not? That's precisely why we need, or rather, i want more low level stuff. I couldn't care less about the high end content. I almost always get bored of my characters around level 11~ anyway and want more to do with my many, many lowbies.

I remember them saying something about 3Barrel Cove, Kobold Island, and the area outside of the Black Anvil Mines.

They would have to expand the heck out of black anvil forest, but I'll add it to the list.

New content for the 3-9 range would be nice. Levels 1-2 don't need anything new -- it's very difficult to actually remain at level 1 or 2 for very long, so new, additional content that is at such a low level is practically wasted.

Completing everything in an MMO on one single character, and getting XP for it, is the biggest sign that the game does not have enough content. I sincerely hope you fail in your quest. If you do succeed, please let Turbine know their game is broken.

Ok quite a few people are missing the point. All I want is to know if they are coming out with more lvl 1-10 adventure zones. I'm not arguing adventure zone vs quests, I'm not arguing high level vs low, I just care about whether or not someone in development is thinking about updating the zones we already have, or putting in new ones. I'd just like to know either way.

And to the quoted poster, I honestly don't know what you are babbling about. You don't HAVE to level when you get enough exp. If you want to remain at a level (for example lvl 4), and finish the low level stuff before moving on the game lets you. My lvl 4 probably has had enough experience to get to lvl 10 or 12 by now as I've completed all the adventure zone quests that I can (WW, cerulean hills, TR, searing heights, sorrowdusk needs 300more kills for max), as well as having over 700 favor from doing all lvl 1-4 quests on elite, most lvl 5-6 on norm or hard.

I was saying that if you could touch all the content in a game on one character, without throwing away xp, as you just stated above, then a game has too little content. Since you mentioned in your first post that you were afraid of 'outleveling content', and did not mention throwing away XP, I assumed that was not part of your plan.

I think Turbine should make a concerted effort to update ALL existing outdoor areas with the Wilderness XP tech. Even though the Waterworks sucks noodles with its 35-40 creatures per instance and slayer objective of 400. As previously listed, we need to see the following upgraded:

Kobold Island (maybe just turn this into a L1 mission)
Steam Tunnels (could be in the same XP category/count as WW since both are low population)
    Three-Barrel Cove
    Ruins of Threnal
    Shrouded Vale (Faithful Departed)
    Black Anvil Forest

Not sure what to do with the last two. They are limited to ~10 Drow and 4 Duergar, respectively. And, IMHO, quite useless. Shrouded Vale *could* be beefed up a bit and made into a premission like Path to Madness and Gateway to Khyber. But frankly, few people run Faithful Departed to even be worth it. I say remove the area and teleport directly into dungeon (a la Korromar). Then reuse the area at another time/for another quest.
