Default Need for a Skill Respec

Skills are primarily a rogue driven necessity. Since the game has started there have been two major changes to the game regarding skills. Initially, having a high disable was the most important. Then with an update, Search and Spot became increasingly important. Now Listen has become important for spotting enemies.

This combined with the length of time skills have been around and the fact that most players have a greater understanding of the importance of skills then when they initally built their characters calls for the opportunity for a respec much in the way feats has been allowed.

If feats can be respec'd then the devs should allow skills as well. Again, while they are not as essential to most classes with the exception of mostly rogues, they are essential if the class is going to keep up with the changes to the game.
