Recently I had to upgrade my computer and in so doing I went from an Nvidia 7600 which worked fine to a 8600GT.
Since installing the new card I have had nothing but problems. I have been getting some sort of weird streaky graphic artifact, mostly when outside such as areas like tangleroot. In some shadowed areas I get a weird dark pattern with triangular "holes" in it. These problems resolve if I move away and then turn around, or if I open options and change any of the graphic settings. However it doesn't matter whether I have it set on ultra high or low, it still does it. I have tried changing anti-aliasing settings among aothers with no effect. I have installed the most recent drivers for my card, and rolled back several times also with no resolution to the ptoblem. Also the GPU is running at around 59 degrees Celsius so doesn't seem to be to hot.
Sometimes my cursor also has a graphical issue and breaks up into a rectangular area of randomized pixels.
This is a screencap of the most annoying problem which shows better than my explaination...

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
