Thread was by Gol in the General secton IIRC. Something like "Whats the good of a bank if it loses your stuff". Check pg 2 of dev tracker for a link.

Basically they say to send in a ticket ingame on any char that has this problem, and they will manually look into/solve this for you (assuming you aren't lying you auzzie scoundrel). Might take a few days as well.

First post by a dev on that page is the relevant one, something on pg 6 might be interesting, but the rest of the thread is...well lets just say I'd love to get those 15mins back.
