With +3 tomes dropping in two raids and +2 tomes back in the loot table (I think), I'm not sure you'll give an offer that high. That is quite a bit you want just for starting.

Yea i agree only things +2 tomes do for you anymore is keep you from having to grind favor to get one. And unless you plan to get it at character generation and factor it into your stats its pretty much useless since it will mor ethen likely put you on an odd number
