Value is in the eye of the beholder. I know if i really wanted an item that doesn't drop anymore, i'd be willing to part with something that does (often i might add) like an epic weapon.

I own a maelstrom min level 2, and i can safely say i will never trade it (like my troll ring) because there is no getting it back.

Anyone can ask for anything as trade for thier goods. Thats thier right.

However I for one judge people on what I see them doing on the trade forums and take that into account in future transactions...
