I think it was all exploit fixes so no release notes, unless they managed to fix the goggle thing in which case they should put them out.
Otherwise the release notes would basically be:
- sigil parts are now bound like they were intended

Yeah, but I for one would like official notes so I can read over the changes, rather than guess/not know. . .
