Angry Help!!!!! I can't open the game!!!!!

I've been playing DDo since March 2007. Today, I tried to play the game and it will not load into the log in screen. I receive a Turbine launcher error screen. It says I have an overflow error. It occurs while the log in screen is launching, when it says "registrating update wrapper". I have no computer skills what so ever. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this please help.

I tried turning the modem's power off and it did not fix the issue. I even tried reinstalling the game. I still get the same error message as before. Game was working fine the day before and I've been the only one to use the computer. I have not installed new software. After I tried these options, I Installed an antivirus to check for viruses. I found nothing as far as viruses are concerned. I do turn off the antivirus before trying to play the game.

I too am unable to start the game. I upgraded to Vista 64bit last week, and when I loaded DDO last Wed. it ran fine. I started the game a few times over the weekend ok. When I got home on Monday and started the game I get the message:

"An update error occurred: General access denied error"

during the "Update programs" step, and am still getting this error. I checked my account in the off chance my monthly payment wasn't recieved, but that isn't the case.

I have checked all the suggestions I've found in the forums so far and have had no success.

    Any ideas?

Turn off UAC in the user preferences in the control panel.

There is another way to work around UAC without compromising your system's security. Move the folder
    C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\
    out of the
    C:\Program Files\ folder, for example:
    C:\XPGames\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\

This should keep the game from requiring administrator privileges to patch, and should allow you to play properly. All shortcuts can automatically find the new location of the files automatically the next time you try to launch from them.

I'm still having the same problem. I still have windows xp so I don't believe these things are causing my problem.
