A very usefull dwarven axe 4 trade

i have a +3 ghost touch dwarven axe of greater undead bane, ml 12, no restrictions, so i would like trade it for a equivalent dagger/rapier or well a short/long bow, maybe for a very very interesting shuriken.

So im not sure about the real value of this item, so i woulndt take a look for some diferent offers to try to keep on a fair trade.

Edit: by the way i wouldnt mind if offer be +1 or +2, or/and rr elf/drow, while it be ghost touch & greater undead bane, So if other rr i would think bcos only my bard could use and not my rogue.
