Sounds like the belt better then POPX, it is easy to find other magi item. the belt can be combo with Minos Helm.

according to AH, the PoP X.

Both are kind of dated, imo, so could be an even trade.

I'd leand toward the PoP X personally, as belt slot is horrible for GFL for most of my characters.

pop X is way more valuable in a trinket slot than any maji item i wouldnt trade a pop x for gfl belt ..def ring not belt
