Death inside the DQ raid

Ran the new DQ raid couple times today... competed once needless to say...

as it is now harder... ppl seem to have this nasty habit of dieing...

And it occurred twice that people hit the ok to res... and got dumped outta the quest...

Now it wasnt me... so yes it is possible that that there was an "end user error" however both ppl swore that was not the case...

so... there you have it...

is this a bug, is this by design, is this not actually happening?

If this is happening where a player is clicking OK to Res and NOT Release, they should file a Bug Report on it so that our QA department can investigate.
