unfortunately i picked it as my extra human feat, now it wont let the pick the feat i want, but only allow the lvl 1 feats

Yep. your human bonus feat has to be something that is available to you only at level 1.

Yeah, whenever you swap out a feat, you are only allowed to select feats that were also available at the time you selected it.
