Connection Problems-- Pls Help

Dear all

I have been playing happily using my home network without any changes.

Recently, I shift my laptop to my friend's home wireless and was unable to start DDO connection.

The message was as below:


Error while accessing the remote configuration:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpecteed error occurred on a recieve.


However, when i come back or we connected to the neighbour wireless, it works well~

Please kindly help. What we need to change?

You friend's firewall may be blocking you

How do we remove the firewall?
Changing the setting at the router?

You need to ask him, if the router is blocking it then you need to tell him to open the right port for it. I am not sure of which port it is tho.
