Is anyone else having problems logging in.. I get log in screen the chr select, but it wont load after that.. Am i alone in this?

Just logged on to play with my friend, Pyrrus. He followed me into the Wayward Lobster (Khyber) and never emerged! I called him and he says his character won't load, then he loses connection. He's tried several times over the last forty minutes.

If you have a character which has become stuck in load screen, please load onto a different character (or create new if necessary) to load into game and contact customer support. Be very specific that your character became stuck in a load screen.

This character needs to made on a different server than the one where characters are stuck correct?

No, it should be on the same server.

I guess I was thinking that this was the same as the cleaning up old connection error, which required logging onto another server to correct. Perhaps this is different.
