Confused about dragonmark

Hi im pretty new but have been reading the forums allot and decided i want to do a halfling dragonmark cleric for the extra healing so i can be a good healer and still have sp for offensive / buffs/ cc. i talked to lockania answered her questions and she said to go to house jorasco ward and look for an ilithid, where is this house jorasco ward?

Th entrance to house J is in the marketplace. Fred the Mind Flayer is underneath the garden of respite inside House J.
