They drop in the new Vol Temple and it a 3 min loot run to get the chest. Also the drop rate is high for them right now. So sry to say even tho they are +5 res still not worth much when i bet anyone could get them in 5 or 6 runs.

It's just like anything else. Some people pull a bloodstone every other run and somepeople run it 200 times without seeing one.

this is the first pair i've seen drop and i've ransacked 3 chars maybe the people i ran with were all unlucky reguardless i have a set and want to trade them they are worth it to somebody if thats not you then move along thx for the bump tho.
