Did LB crit range change?

Memory's not what it used to be, so I may just be crazy. But I thought the crit range on a longbow used to be 18-20, and now it's just sitting at 20.

IIRC plain longbows crit on a 20 for x3.

Crit range on longbows has always been 20/x3. The Silver Bow has a crit range of 19-20/x3, though.
