    Default Blighted Tomb

Way too many slimes. I damaged 7 items on one run, on normal, with a good group.

Please, for the love of baby jesus change it.

I just used my Muckbane/Doom combo for the whole quest, there's no way I'm risking to damage any of the other weapons I have.

Im not talking weapons. Im talking gear.

Greater False life ring, Bloodstone, Cloak of Resistance, Madstone boots. they all took damage.

Including my greater ooze bane, bereavement and GTouch of Greater Undead Bane.

Those are items I dont want taking damage EVERY time I run a quest. Seems overkill to me, even for a durability system.

Sounds like a great place for Ooze Puppet. No killing, no respawning.

No permanent damage for me. Though we threw a lot of holy water at the slimes just because it was fun.

Definately bank as much inventory as possible that you don't need. Most of my repair bills from this quest were from items in my packs.

well how about just getting acid resistance up?

i always thought you took item damage from the acid part of a ooze attack. if your resistant to acid then no acid damage and no item damage. there might still be a chance of damage from the normal bludgeon attack but not as risky as both bludgeon AND acid.

ugh, i came in at the end part today when he was running it (he told me to hurry and zone in before he finished, because he never wanted to run it again!)

I'm assuming this is probably why.

Slimes are altogether annoying in the first place, but they are even more frustrating when their annoyingness is bundled with breaking your stuff
