I run 1440x900 and all the sprites look squashed, it only became this way after mod 5 was released, in addition to this no matter what resolution I go to now the sprites look short.

See http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...01#post1365001 for my thread regarding the issue, in case some people post there and not here.

I have the same problem the OP is talking about and it has been fixed for the most part with mod 5

    I run a 30" monitor at 2560x1600

The problem is when you finish out or recall from a quest the dialog box that says "do you want to recall" Yes or no shows up off screen.

Before mod 5 you had to run in windows mode and pull the window to the right to minimize the screen to see the dialog box. This was also an issue on picking up items that bind, deleting mail.

What I noticed since mod 5 came out is that you can now see the mail delete dialog box in full screen but the dialog box still shows off screen for other things.

One change that makes running in full screen mode possible is that you can now hit finish out and just hit the enter key as the yes button is now highlighted. If you want to hit no that could be a problem

    Hope that helps

    pfffftt!
I am having the same issue as the original poster. What is happening is any confirmation dialog boxes that pop up are not shown on screen (log off, party invites death etc.) I am running at 3840x1280 using 3 monitors with the Matrox Triplehead2go adapter. Right now I have to switch to windowed mode to be able to see these boxes.

    Question hmmm

Now you've got me wonderin if I've been playin this whole time w/festively plump characters. Have been playin from the couch on the Samsung 61" DLP since purchase, and have'nt known any different. Will have to try that focus orb trick next time, but would'nt the focus orb be stretched wide as well? For the other peeps who are not noticin a difference, are you all playin on wide screen tvs as well? Maybe the game was not meant for wide screens. I play in windowed mode as well, but mostly because I think it helps w/lag issues. Will have to give full screen a shot again due to the new update enhancements to performance and the recent upgrade of me graphics card. Either way, still an enjoyable game play experience here. Maybe try settin yer monitor/tv/dlp/whatever pixel settings to match in game settings, dunno. When I first played the game, I had to tweek game graphic settings to match the recomended pixel size I found in the Samsung DLP users manual...for best quality. Dunno, hope this helps and that you all gets it woiked out.
