Tradition in our guild is used immediately as it leaves one of these pots; in which I haved used the only thing obtained is "Aid", always "Aid"... no Potion of Wonder, Potion of Aid for me xddd.

What's fun is collect around 5 of them and get some friends/guildies together. Then play russian roulette.

There were a lot more "bad" ones in the beginning, and then they toned them down. Oh, and the DC was set back when they were introduced (level cap 14 maybe?)

Sadly its rare to see anyone die these days.

A potion of Wonder would make a great crafting ingreed. Other than that, hike up your haggle and sell it.

LOL, I wouldn't put it past the Dev's to make an item that people never pick up, trash almost straight away or drink straight away, have some actual use in the game.

This is the best thing ever.

I try to stick with the "Drink it immediately" rule. Anything else is just sad. But now that I know that they can recall you out of the quest, I am definitely going to pass all of mine to people I know stick by the same rule if I get to the chest before them.

One of the most hated magic items in my pnp days: Wand of Wonder.

We not-so affectionately called it the WOW(lol)

And it was more likely a curse of some sort than anything helpful.

DDO just put it in bottle form and threw it at the unsuspecting newbs to play with.
