Looking for some good Armor Bracers and Dex Items

Preferably for a Level 8 CG Drow character. I may go for higher level stuff too but nothing too crazy at this time. I'm a part time gamer and it's going to be a good long while before this character is up in the level 11+ range.

Also, please don't mention the AH. I hate the AH. I don't use the AH. I'd much prefer to deal with people. Please PM with offers. Thanks!

I'm just looking for +3 or +4 Dex item and maybe AC 4 bracers or abouts.

I figure stuff like this must drop pretty frequently with the list of things folks have here but none of this stuff is on a vendor.

Your best bet would be the brokers for +3 items as they are there all the time, juts be patient and sit there on a Saturday night in the marketplace tent so the instance does not reset and something will pop up
