ok i know this has come up numerous times and just gets forgotten about time after time but.... mounts familiars,rangers companions. is there any chance for them. my main is a pally and ive kept him pure for end game reasons if the game even gets that far. for epic feats...i know i know yea right... but it seems the paladin will be a stale class for a while till lvl 20 nothing more to gain really..but know with all the out door content mounts would be just awsome...and im sure casters would love to have familiars and rangers have some better animals to play with (ooops!) but really this would just add so much more spice to the game.

Ya Im also waiting for the companions to come so my ranger can have a wolf so I can have a summoned wolf and a companion wolf

i can just see it now, a buncha rangers, casters and druids together with their familiars/companions and everyone summon somehting.... THATS A lot of things on your team. though if they impliment the whole familiar death thing, i could see casters hesitating to use them.

As much as I like horses, they just aren't necessary as the game is written now.....and I've never seen a substitute for a pallie that I liked.

I do want them, but they're not a prority to me.....and I can't see how we could use them in most of the quests we have.

Other companions though would be great......Druid and Ranger companions could be done with the animal skins (pun intended) we have now.

Familiars would be very nice, but of limited use as the game is now as well.
it would take a major upgrade to make familiars anywhere near what they should be.

But hey, don't get me wrong......I want all of them....and everything else we have in PnP D&D!
