+3 Wounding Dagger of Puncturing - Need some help

It's level 12, rr elf drow.

A fellow guildie pulled this, this evening. When I did a perfect rendition of "my precious" while repeatedly trying to snatch it out of his hand, he got a little scared and just handed to me as a gift. lol

WHile great items get pushed around in guild all the time, I am uncomfrtable accepting this without trying to make it right.

I have never seen a +3 sell or be traded so I am clueless as to worth/fair value. If I had to guess, I'm thinking 3 million plat or more, or, maybe the equiv. of two sets of + 5 Mith FP ?

I'd be grateful for your thoughts.

Its not a rapier, so id say it's just barely 1m pp.
As for the +5 mith plates.......

IMO:
I think somewhere between 2 and 3 mil pp. As my friend said, its not a rapier so the crits are low. On the other hand, as a +3 it would hit alot more......so atleast the wounding part is more effective. The Elf/Drow would not affect it unless a Barbarian wants it. It would be utilised best in rogues hand.

I doubt it would be worth 2 +5 Mithril FPs, but Ive traded lower end items for decent loot. Its a matter of someone wanting it enough.

I would be tempted to offer my +1 Vorpal Kukri if Deception for it, although I think your dagger would be worth a little bit more than that.
