Looking for a guild (Argo)

I'm a relatively new player, started about 2 months ago or so and have been guildless since I started. I am looking for a guild because lately, it has been nearly impossible for me to get groups on almost any of my characters, which are listed in my signature. I would prefer a guild that is somewhat helpful, but not a guild that is so small that it won't really be any easier to find groups.

Even though I'm new to this game, I am not new to MMOs, I have been playing MMOs for around 6 or 7 years now, so I'm not a total idiot when it comes to these.
