Watching the AH the past week, i am seeing Dragon scales for sale and the best price I see is 25 scales for 7,000,000 gold making each scale cost 280,000 gold each. Take the 30% for posting and other AH fees and that only leaves the seller only 196,000 gold/scale.

Second, your Buying in Bulk to get those prices.....

Try going to the local Costco (Sams Club.. Whatever) and ask them to break up their Super Mega 25 Pack of potato chips for ya and see how it goes....

I think he's willing to buy 25 scales from the same person, he was just giving a price breakdown for each scale. If you want to sell him 3, cool, or if you want to sell him 15.

It would be more like going into costco and seeing the chips for $18.99. Then trying to go to the supplier and saying cut out the middle man and I'll give you $15.99.

Makes sense to me. Otherwise you're paying 30% to 'The Man'.
