I chose to keep multiple monitors running. That way you can have the forums up on another monitor. There is always a silly post that you can read during load screens!

I have a mule on a second account, running on another computer. I go stock up on scrolls/potions/etc while loading or waiting for group members or whatever.

This is also a good time for auction perusal.
