Some of the items do indeed list "exclusive" on it. Up in the "stats" as it were in the case of weapons. I'd rather they highlight this fact or sort of have it standing out to where it could be noticed easier.
BAM items should be updated to saw if they are marked as exclusive if you ask me. Same with Invaders. HOWEVER, they don't really follow the same suit. I mean you can not get more than one ring of balance or more than one nightforged item. So the "exclusive" tag really doesn't fit them per the mechanic.

A very good point Missing Minds. The simple fact that one of the named items is tagged Exclusive leads me to believe that you can get multiple items. If they were one at a time, none of the items would need exclusive tags (like Invaders and Nightforge items).
I take back my previous supposition and go with Missing Minds.
