I'd found a few. Tried to use one, and it gave me arcane failure rolls. What is the deal? Is that a bug? I thought it was on our spell list.

If it's both an Arcane and Divine spell, the scroll is always Arcane, with ASF. It's bad for Clerics, but worse for Bards who are used to not having ASF in light armor and get stuck with ASF rolls for Bard spells from scrolls.

Okay, thanks Mad.
So, stick with divine only scrolls, and I should be fine.
Is this the way it should be? I personally think that totally sucks.

No, it should not be this way. But, it keeps Devs from having to code both Divine and Arcane versions of spells. Personally, I think it would be better if the default was Divine with no ASF. But, someone mentioned something about heavy armor wearing battlemages taking over the game and casting from scrolls with no ASF. I didn't buy it then, either.
