You bet I am. Bards have a rough enough time as it is without monsters being completely immune to their last-resort CC.

I simply and I am getting tired of repeating myself. Asked for some sorta DC save or something.

Blanket Immunity/Saves off the chart. Devs do this all the time.

Sleep has a save, hold, command. and a ton of other things, fighters its trip or stun. all those have a save of some kind.
Yet a bard has none. they can fas anyone, anytime they want.

Which is a very very important feature regarding the feat in and of itself. It needs to STAY that way.

You really think that some newbie bard just learning the ways of their skill can make a Vetern fighter who faced dragons, demon queen, beholders. etc etc. drool at their tales of what... bard being born? walking out of the wavecrest after beating some crazy guy in the celler?

What are you doing going in a Deathmatch or Capture the Flag against a lvl 1 bard?

I do enjoy a relaxing day of jumping in and out of the brawling pit(NOT PVP) and chatting with friends.

Again, you see something that works very well in quests and the like. If you don't like it, hit the bard with Feeblemind. 'Nuff said.

We are not talking about just Death match or Capture the flag.

I shouldn't even have to say anything on this. so you are agreeing that it is over powered and bards should have a skill above everyone other class that can't be blocked in any way?

This is where I have the problem, not with it being changed, but the reason why you would want it changed, once again I am strongly against ANY balancing solely for PvP, once it begins then people will want this balanced, that balanced rather just say no now. And a note fascinate won't last hours it breaks all by itself after a few minutes.
