Only a pvp weapon. And even so' there are better things to use like wounding 'puncturing.

I sold an unholy weapon on the AH for approximately 900k PP on Argonnessan about half a week ago, if that helps.

buddy bought 2 unholy mace out of the vendor last week.

Id pay a good amount for a decent unholy weapon but +1 burst heavy repeater.. meh not that much.

By the way we made some testing in pvp. The unholy damage only works vs good aligned characters and bypasses angelskin.. ugh.

This also works on the paladins in pop from daanvi. But they're weak anyways and unholy burst is not needed. I'm willing to trade it for a con +6 necklace or a wis or cha +6 helm. They no longer drop and have been removed from the loot table.
