dude i still have all the support tickets wana see ? all they sed was we ae sorry for your loss but even thow the bug caused this we cant give you your lvls back and ive done all the quests to many times allready minus the newer 1s that are likly higher lvl then me so im not left with many options on that i would have to be in a high lvl party in ahigh lvl quest to gain xp now and i wouldent get much due to the lvl gap

and the XP debt from the almost black guy cannot be regained just like this guys XP debt from the magical death repeater.

Or in your hurry to dog this game did you forget you regain death debt just hanging out in town OR even when logged off. Weird how that does not work for you and does for everyone else.

and i realy like the bugs in the game to nothing like getting stuck and it says something hit you you have died and your in town and u auto rez over and over and over till the gm finaly answers your titcket 3 days later and you have lost 5 lvls or more thats amazing im still realy mad about that they dident answer for 3 days and then would not give my lvls back -.- there was no way to get out was instant dead over and over and over dident even let u go back to the tavern or nothin

Now you are just making stuff up lol. It is impossible to lose 5 levels in this game no matter how many bloody times you rez'd out. (Ok, maybe after a few thousand deaths - but if you die thousands of times...pick a new game...really)

Asking for level 100 and all solo just tells me you don't understand what D&D is. Either try to learn what this game is about or move on...

So again you are intelligently commenting on something you have not participated with in a long time. It has been quite some time since death debt did not regen in town.

what ever ppls i was killed by place holder for several hours total between logins trying to get a gm to move me out and then they did not refund my lvls i was max lvl at the time lvl11 i was reduced to lvl6ish sence then i had regained to lvl9 but due to the loss it is very hard to gain xp i had been playing in the lower lvl qusts at lvl11 max at the time for extra money and now well i cant gain xp very easaly

Even if your magical fairyland story is true, it was still an XP debt and would not have lost levels. Would just have been negative a while. I know for a fact, as I have had toons just attain a new level, die (thus XP debt, yes even a long time ago) and not lose my level just not able to gain anymore until the debt is gone.

this happened around the time when the game was new still many things have changed sence then as u might see on the dates this happened in 2006 the dates are wrong as u may have noticed sence they all show they where submited at the same time and are far apart in ticket number

If its been that long, your death debt would now be erased and you would be back to ground zero before the staff at DDO put you through the repeating death chamber.

They use it from time to time on unsuspecting and undeserving people. Just a random dice roll I think. Might even be an official event now.

If anything you are saying is true, then the only bug you would be experiencing that would be a problem is the lack of xp debt regeneration. Send in a ticket about that. If that's not the case and you're not experiencing that particular bug, then all the pieces of your little puzzle here are not falling into place. You're missing a few pieces Turbine added to the puzzle while you were gone.

11 was never at any point the level cap.

All caps have been even at each increase, 10, 12 and now 14 soon to be 16 (well soon for me). It works with spell progression in Dungeons and Dragons. A new level of spell is allowed at every odd level and capping at even sets the caster to get a new spell level as soon as the update comes active.
