Date for Module 5 release?

mod 5 needs to come out before halo3 because i will be taking long ddo break then!

I'd like to see Halo 3, just to see the story finish. I hate the gameplay, though Halo 1 was alright at a few points.

As for Mod 5. . . If it was this Wednesday, or something, that would be an awesome birthday gift. :3 Lol. . . I can hope, at least.

Meh, I really don't think Halo is worth a lick. Then again I've been playing FPS games on the PC for years before Halo came out. The console FPS games just seem to lack compared to PC counterparts. I also prefer keyboard/mouse over a gamepad for FPS games.

Not a huge fan of FPS on the computers, and plus a big reason for me to play on console is that none of my rl friends even have computers so its much easier to get together in my basement for some Halo rather than sign online :P

Not interested in Halo 3 but I can’t wait till November when the new unreal tournament comes out.

Am highly considering building a top end computer around the time it comes out :P

well lets see.... my birthday is the 21st - I have off 21- 25 - so my preference would be that it be released on the 19 or 20th. With my luck it will be released on the 26th

The splash screen CLEARLY says "September 2008".

Ok well the 2008 is invisible but I can see it. Try casting True Seeing and you will see what I mean

I am going to make a few educated, if not comical, assumptions here. It is my position that one or all of the following statements are being made or thought by the Turbine Team:

"What? Do these silly players think we have time to answer every one of their silly questions about when Mod 5 will be ready?"

While not answering ANY question about Mod 5 release that has any
substantial information focused on the actual date of release.

"I'm kinda scared guys. These players seem really upset with us. I'm not gonna be the first one to tell them bad news. I'll wair for someone else to reply first."

Seems like most if not all of them might be thinking this.

"These players are so dumb. They'll never figure out that LotR:O is our new priority. We'll be able to soak at least 6 more months of revenues out of DDO before they really catch on." /em rubs hands together evily

Right. Wake up people. You've got loyal customers begging for a real update and you give us tab targeting changes.

In all seriousness Devs. A real answer about the release date is WAY overdue. Giving us random updates of silly changes, or even good changes, is just not good enough anymore.

maybe they mean the 2nd 2nd week of september. They said about right and besides the longer they push this the longer they dont have to come up with new stuff eta November for next big update and mod 6 in april
