Actually the scales sell individually for 50kpp, 70kpp, 100kpp.
I see them all the time, they dont last long.
You can get a ring djinn for 150kpp of the AH.
I have seen alot expire @ 150kpp without a bid.

...but I wouldn't trade 25 scales for it... maybe 3-5 scales but not 25...
But I must say, it is a very nice item.
