    Default The missing Marks

No, I'm not talking about the Mark of Death, I'm wondering what happened to the other marks that humans and halflings can manifest: The Mark of Handling and the Mark of Hospitality?

    MARK OF HANDING
The Mark of Handling grants powers related to the care and control of animals
House: The humans of House Vadalis carry the Mark of Handling. Their Handlers Guild controls the business of breeding and selling livestock throughout Khorvaire. Though the elves of Valenar are gaining a reputation for breeding the finest horses in Khorvaire, their steeds are rare and expensive, while House Vadalis provides a strong, loyal and affordable mount.
Marks: The aspects of the Mark of Handling grant the following benefits.
Least Mark of Handling: calm animals 1/day or charm animal 1/day or speak with animals 1/day; +2 bonus on Animal Handling checks.
Lesser Mark of Handling: dominate animal 1/day or greater magic fang 1/day
Greater Mark of Handling: animal growth 1/day or summon nature’s ally V 1/day
    MARK OF HOSPITALITY
The Mark of Hospitality grants powers related to food and shelter.
House: The Halflings of House Ghallanda carry the Mark of Hospitality, which is extremely useful in the halflings’ native nomadic culture. In the cities of Khorvaire, House Ghallanda operates the Hostelers Guild, whose members include innkeepers, chefs, and restauranteers. While the guild does not operate every inn and dining establishment in Khoirvaire, it enforces standards and performs inspections to regulate those businesses.
Unmarked members of House Ghallanda run some of the finest hotels and restaurants in Khorvaire.
Marks: The aspects of the Mark of Hospitality grant the following benefits.
Least Mark of Hospitality: purify food and drink 2/day or prestidigitation 2/day or unseen servant 1/day; +2 bonus on Diplomacy checks.
Lesser Mark of Hospitality: create food and water 1/day or Leomund’s secure shelter 1/day
Greater Mark of Hospitality: heroes’ feast 1/day or Mordenkainen’s magnificent mansion 1/day
ok, they might not be the most useful marks ever, but who picks up the Mark of Making? I know that we don't have the least and lesser mark of hospitality abilities in the game right now, but the least and lesser Marks of Shadow don't follow what's in the books either.

It may just be me, but I'd like to see these marks put in, along with the rest when we get the missing races.

I'd assume we'll see the Mark of Finding when half-orcs get added in. Mark of Handling shouldn't been too hard, just a couple new spells. Mark of Hospitality, though, doesn't have much use in a non-rp game. Oh, hopefully the Mark of Storms comes in with half-elves.

yeah, I hope the marks of finding and storms and dectection come in with their respective races, along with aberant marks at some point, but it really bothers me that Hospitality isn't in the game. The low level stuff might not be great, but I'd love Hero's feast on my halfing wizard.
