Hello,

I was just wondering if we can expect a "fix" to allow higher level chars to complete this quest for favor? I did submit a trouble ticket and was informed by a gm that the only way to complete it was to literally /death 200 times to get back to level 7... surely this has to be a design flaw?

Please let me know if this is the only way to complete this quest or if there is a planned fix to allow completion of the quest befor I spend 4 hrs de-leveling to complete it.

Huh? Explorer areas dont let you "Complete" them if you are outside of the level requirements... Quests are not the same..... Fairly certain I ran Proof on a capped character and complteted it....

Guess I'll have to doublecheck...

Maybe you could have a Mage hit you with Enervation a few times before going into the quest....

Which GM told you that you needed to /death 200 times in order to complete it? Also, please PM me with your character name and server that you play on so I can look into this further for you.

No GM should be telling you that you need to /death to complete a quest. This quest should be able to be entered by any character of any level. If you were unable to enter, what was the exact message you got when you tried?

No need to PM the information to me, I spoke to several GMs and I was able to find the information I needed.

It looks like you are confusing an Adventure Area with the quest "Proof is in the Poison". Any player at any level can do the Proof is in the Poison quest.

I also checked the logs and I see that what the GM told you about "de-leveling" your character in order to complete that quest was incorrect. I apologize for the misinformation and any confusion about the incident Verlok.

You might want to point out that there is no Favor associated with the Explorer Areas... So you rnot losing anything by not completeing them...

The GM never said to /death 200 times, but they did present some incorrect information and I apologize for that.

Ahh tyvm for looking into it, um Im not sure the gm actually said that, howerver I asked if thats what I should do to complete it. I think I mis-understood situation, but that makes sense now..
