No Twinking Guild?

Are there any guilds out there specifically for players who don't twink and want to play with like-minded folk?

If not, can you think of a good guild name for one? I'll be starting it.

In most new teams, I have noticed that the AH is also prohibited (as defined by each individual team lead). A good idea now that I look back in time...
