charm commands?

wouldnt it be nice to have some charm commands out there ? like attack stay here type things. kinda of tired of haveing charmed creatures following me only to break free when i dont notice and kill me in one shot lol ...well just a thought

I would love to see something like this implemented. Best would be a "commands" bar (somewhat akin to the commands for pets in Lotro, perhaps) that works for either all charmed/summoned mobs or a single selected target. Alternately, an option would be to make icons that you can drag out of the "feat" page onto shortcut bars that give commands to your minions. This might be a tad easier to implement.

Heck I just want some way of telling my summons/charms to do something other than, "Follow me aimlessly and attack anything that twitches."

Pet emotes would be fun too. I know some games have macro functions so you can hotkey emotes for your pets.

I don't get the love of emotes at all (for us or our pets) but I know others do love them... I dunno... not the first thing I'd spend dev time on.

Basic commands, as have been suggestion about 1000 times this year, are a great idea. Sit/stay/dismiss/guard/attack/etc. This would also be completely consistant with how the spell should work (both for pets and charmed/dominated creatures).

That being said, we need to start attacking our party members when we get pink hatted

For those who saw the musicman video, or any of the other videos with conga lines, imagine how much bigger those would be if you could summon pets out in the city! Just watch out for the mummies turning bad!
