Okay Help Please

Although I see many threads up about this already, I thought that the only way for me to get my problems with the game fixed is to post one myself. I go to log on and about 1/3 time I get the 1 out 0f 20 attempts and eventually it goes through all 20 trys and then disconnects. Then I get it when it does log in to my charactor sheet but when I go to log on certain toons it sits in the loading screen without the blue bar and eventually loses connection, I also am unable to send in a report ingame while I am on 1 of the few toons I can log on to cause I open the help panel and it says action canceled. I really hope that you guys do pay attention to these forums cause I would like to get on and play today!
